Protect the connection
Your API key should be treated like a password. It belongs on the server, not in a public script, browser code, screenshot or shared document. Limit access to the people who truly need it, and replace the key if you think it may have been exposed.
It is equally important to protect your own order endpoint. Validate the service and quantity on the server, calculate the final price there, and rate-limit requests. A browser should never be trusted to decide what a customer is allowed to order or how much it costs.
Begin small, then learn from real orders
The most stable API workflows are rarely the ones built in a weekend. Start with a handful of familiar services and run through normal orders, failed orders and status checks before opening them broadly. Keep notes for your team so everyone handles a delayed order in the same way.
